Focus Question:
Discuss the effect of limiting or removing ONE or MORE of the rule of law principles contained in the pyramid with reference to a contemporary legal issue in Australia.
Submissions Due: 27 June 2014 (last day of Term 2)
Submissions must refer directly to cases, legislation, and use appropriate legal terminology as well as contain in-text referencing or footnotes and a bibliography.
Maximum length: 1250 words (excluding references)
All submissions must complete the submission sheet checklist.
